About the Team: The Flex Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who helps create memorable shopping moments and drives brand loyalty. Note: This job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed upon submittal of the application. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work. Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
