You are the right hand to the GM, the person who keeps every service order moving from the first phone call all the way through billing and revenue recognition. What You Will Own The full work order lifecycle, from intake through billing and revenue recognition A team culture rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Employee relations as the first point of contact, serving as in house HR support so your team gets fast answers without waiting on corporate Operational metrics that matter: days to complete, P&L performance, and utilization against target Safety meetings and full OSHA and compliance standards across the facility Customer relationships, through direct engagement, site visits, and reliable follow through Performance data using Power BI and GE platforms, turning numbers into next moves Short term and long term goals for the team, reinforced every day in stand ups Cross functional execution alongside the Lead Dispatcher, Field Service Manager, warehouse team, and accounting Hiring and onboarding support for technicians, in partnership with Talent Acquisition Ride alongs, because the best leaders stay close to the work What You Bring Proven leadership experience in a service, operations, or branch management environment Real business acumen, with a working knowledge of P&L, EBITDA, and operational financials Experience running day to day operations in a high volume, fast paced service setting Communication skills that let you lead, influence, and motivate a team with ease A process oriented mindset and a history of building systems that stick A self starter attitude, comfortable making calls even with incomplete information A background in the service industry (foodservice, HVAC, facilities, or similar fields welcome; specific trade expertise not required) Nice To Haves Experience with Power BI or similar data and reporting platforms Familiarity with work order management systems A background in industries with field technician teams or dispatch driven workflows Prior experience as a branch manager, operations manager, or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech24
