Automation Engineer

Job Description

Our largest pharmaceutical client is looking for an Automation Engineer to support one of their manufacturing facilities. A majority of this engineer's time will be spent supporting new equipment projects on stand-alone equipment. Main responsibilities include: writing new requirements, creating test cases, documentation review, restoring new equipment, and providing overall support to the automated manufacturing lines. This engineer will need to be on call every 4-5 weeks from Fri-Sun, 6pm-6am.

Skills and Requirements

2-3+ years as an automation engineer Front line support Automation support to manufacturing lines PLC programming Lilly uses Rockwell, other forms are accepted Ability to handle big project work Implementing code Code design Checking requirements Writing test cases Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, etc. Okay with on-call schedule
