Traveler Position

Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Orientation Schedule:

• April 27–28
• May 11–12
• May 26–27

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Experience - Required
• Registered Dietitian Certification - Required
• Epic - Required
• First time traveler okay
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months - Required

• Driver's License - Required
• Work history/resume - Required
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) - Required
• License verification - Required
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission - Required
• **Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. ***Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction***

• Moline level 2 trauma center
• Muscatine level 4 trauma center
