Sr AI Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

Experience leading the design, execution, and long-term reliability of GPU training infrastructure at scale
Expertise in GPU cluster robustness, high availability, fault tolerance, and resilience
Experience tuning NCCL and high-speed networking
Experience optimizing Kubernetes, Run:AI, and Ray scheduling
Ability to build automated deployment tooling, self-healing mechanisms, and deep observability

Responsibilities:

Own the reliability and stability of high-performance GPU clusters
Develop automated mechanisms to detect and isolate hardware faults
Tune NCCL and high-speed networking
Optimize scheduling across Kubernetes, Run:AI, and Ray
Replace manual triage with automated deployment tooling and observability
Ensure training infrastructure operates reliably and scales without proportional headcount growth
