CPA Tax Director

To establish and lead the global tax function, the full-time CPA Tax Director will manage compliance and strategy across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, indirect tax on digital goods, and transfer pricing, while working remotely and collaborating with external advisors. Key responsibilities Oversee global tax compliance, including corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax for digital goods across various countries Manage relationships with external tax advisors and define the co-source model for tax functions Lead the ASC 740 tax provision process and support M&A diligence from a tax perspective Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in corporate tax, with at least 3 years in gaming, SaaS, or digital media industries Active CPA license required; Master of Taxation (MST) preferred Deep technical knowledge of international tax, including transfer pricing and digital goods taxation Experience with automated tax engines and integration into ERP or billing platforms Big 4 background with in-house transition experience is preferred
