What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Document treatments using Net Health
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Vermont
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, patient-focused approach
