Overview: We are seeking an operational strategist and experienced nurse leader to guide clinical services in our sub-acute and senior residential care community. We are looking for someone with solid SNF/LTC experience, strong clinical knowledge, and familiarity with survey and regulatory expectations. Whether you are an experienced Director of Nursing or a strong ADON / nurse manager ready to step up, we provide the training, onboarding, and regional team support to help high-potential leaders succeed. This position is responsible for driving clinical excellence, ensuring rigorous adherence to health regulations, managing healthcare personnel, and fostering a culture of teamwork and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level guidance and daily oversight for all nursing services.

• Formulate, revise, and roll out departmental guidelines and patient care practices.

• Empower, coach, and assess nurses and nursing assistants to elevate team performance.

• Maintain rigorous oversight of patient care plans to guarantee optimal outcomes and regulatory readiness.

• Partner closely with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and patient families.

• Direct labor distribution, shift allocation, and nursing budget execution.

• Drive ongoing quality assurance, health protocol compliance, and state audit readiness.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN license (Required).

• 5+ years of practical nursing experience, with solid SNF/LTC experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role (such as ADON, Unit Manager, or DON).

• BSN preferred.

• Proven aptitude for team building, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making.

• Thorough familiarity with long-term care regulations, state survey procedures, and clinical best practices.
