NPI Launch Engineer for General Assembly (Multi-Factory)

Tesla is seeking a Launch Engineer for New Product Introduction at our Fremont facility. You will lead cross‑functional teams to ensure manufacturing, validation, and supply chain targets are met while coordinating pre-launch activities and ramp planning for major product changes. You’ll manage MBOM validation, factory systems readiness (ERP/MES), and ensure safe, compliant NPI processes across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
