At the DEUTZ Power Center facility, you’ll handle preventative maintenance and routine repairs on both DEUTZ and non-DEUTZ products—while keeping customers informed and the shop running smoothly.

Your Impact

• Maintain and repair diesel equipment safely and effectively.
• Plan repair methods; pre-order all required parts and materials.
• Complete assigned work to spec and verify cosmetic finish on completion.
• Return unused parts per DEUTZ Power Center return guidelines.
• Communicate with customers honestly and professionally; resolve issues promptly.
• Consult the DEUTZ Service Department for technical accuracy and approvals when needed.
• Close the loop with accurate work orders, timely time sheets, and support on warranty claims and customer invoices.
• Follow established policies and procedures; jump in on other duties as assigned.

• Supervisory Level: Individual Contributor
• Travel: About 0–10% domestic and international, based on business needs

What You’ll Need

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED; 0–2 years of diesel engine experience; proficiency with basic computer functions and portable diagnostic tools.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of DEUTZ diesel engines; experience with NG/CNG systems and Tier 3–4 emissions; certifications/training in heavy equipment and diesel engine repair.

Working Conditions

• Shop environment with frequent standing and walking.
• Potential exposure to weather and loud noise.
