Location: Richmond, KY

Long Term Contract

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — 2 openings
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM — 2 openings

Job Summary

The Utility Technician will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility will be measuring raw materials from larger quantities into the amounts required for production. Additional duties include housekeeping, handling empty pallets, and managing recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the facility.
• Measure and prepare raw materials in the required quantities for production.
• Remove, organize, and store empty pallets and recyclable materials.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Janitorial/custodial experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work around paint odors, dust, noise, and manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including a respirator when necessary.
