About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Lead to join their Global Accounting Operations team. This critical role is pivotal in the design and support of financial systems, particularly in the context of the company's move to cloud-based SaaS tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for solution design, issue resolution, and enhancement of functionality across all financial modules of the current ERP Cloud instance. This includes a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, Chart of Accounts, Hierarchies, and the security model. The role also demands the ability to work closely with audit teams, and a strong background in large global implementations, preferably within the financial services sector. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a Master's in accounting or finance preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have lead or architect-level experience in designing and implementing Oracle ERP systems, particularly for large global financial services companies. Key skills include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, across multiple teams, and a strong partnership approach to communication and problem-solving. The role is not just about technical expertise but also about driving engagement and being a key member of the team in the development of best-in-class processes for the future of accounting.
