Onsite Manufacturing EngineerM-T, 5:30AM - 4PMTo perform layout updates as required per new process and/or process updates.• Perform manufacturing line balance analysis and execute any required updates.• Perform engineering reports such as time study analysis, feasibility analysis, decision matrix, etc.Contractor Engineer should be adaptable and prepared to contribute to a variety of tasks to support other Manufacturing Engineers to achieve new product introduction goals.1. Target: Provide service from a contractor Industrial Engineer specialist in process design and manufacturing process updates.2. Specific requirements:Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relatedMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing with a demonstrated history of successfully completing projects and leading new process setup.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE), AutoCAD, Team Center and NX experience is a plusExperience with ERP systems and simulation softwareExpertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facilities/layout design.Working knowledge of advanced quality control tools, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques (e.g., PFMEA, Pareto analysis, SPC).Strong leadership skills including managing engineering teams and projectsExperience in preparing and managing project timelines, resources, and budgetsExperience with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.
