The Opportunity

We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for:
  • PreK (up to 20 students, 2 staff)
  • Wobbler (young toddler classroom, up to 14 students, 2 staff)
  • Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency)
You will be trusted to run your classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism -while being supported by systems that set you up for success.

What This Role Actually Looks Like
  • Lead your classroom with structure, consistency, and intention

  • Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements
  • Classroom experience preferred
  • Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) child development + curriculum
  • Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage a structured classroom
