The Opportunity We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for:
- PreK (up to 20 students, 2 staff)
- Wobbler (young toddler classroom, up to 14 students, 2 staff)
- Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency)
- Full-time Behavioral Support Specialist
- Helps create and implement behavior plans
- Supports referrals for additional services
- Works directly with teachers and families for consistency
- On-site confidential mental health consultation available for staff support
- We use Frog Street Curriculum -a favorite among our teachers
- Engaging, structured, and easy to implement
- Pre-built materials so you're not reinventing the wheel
- Smartboards in classrooms to enhance lessons with songs, videos, and interactive learning
- Dedicated classroom office space
- Weekly planning time (minimum 1 hour) + additional time during key seasons
- 2+ hours/month paid professional development
- Parent Aware coaching (Preschool & PreK)
- Ongoing Conscious Discipline training and support
- Specials led by other educators (Soccer Shots, SMART, Second Step, etc.)
→ Gives you time to observe, learn, and reset - Additional cleaning support → So you can focus on children, not just tasks

- Lead your classroom with structure, consistency, and intention
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
