Auburn Hills, Mi

Co. manuf. systems for plastic injection molding machines

Pay rate: up to $28/hr, based on skill set, 10% shift prem.

Duties:

Assemble tubular electric heaters and nozzle assemblies for use in plastic manifold systems

Hone and plug manifolds, assemble manifolds and wire

Will assemble nozzles to manifolds and soldering wires to heating elements

Will be trained how to use of temperature controllers to insure the system is conforming; ensure the system is conforming to the blue prints

Deburr, die/tap by hand and air tool while using other hand and air tools for completing manifolds for complete assembly

Will hone manifolds with a hand drill

 

Required:

Seeking overall general shop experience - min 3 years

Must be able to read basic blue prints

Must be able to read measuring gages - mics, calipers etc.

Must have ability to use hand tools such as hammer, hex key wrenches, torque wrenches etc.

Ability to operate crane or forklift would be a plus

 

2nd shift: 5:30pm to 2-3am based on OT

 

Permanent job - 90 days contract to direct hire
