Location: Cleveland, TN
Pay: $18–$25/hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Express Employment Professionals is looking for skilled, dependable CNC Operators, Industrial Maintenance Technicians, and PLC Operators to join a growing local manufacturing team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC and automated equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Troubleshoot PLCs, machine controls, and automated production equipment
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, calibrations, and adjustments
• Complete preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Replace parts, make repairs, and help keep production running smoothly
• Identify potential equipment issues before they become major problems
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
We’re interested in candidates with experience in CNC, industrial maintenance, PLCs, automation, or manufacturing equipment.
You don't necessarily need to have experience in every area. If you have strong mechanical or electrical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and learn, we want to talk to you!
Experience with the following is a plus:
• CNC machinery
• PLC programming and controls
• Motors, drives, sensors, and machine controls
• Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Industrial automation
• Preventive maintenance
• Machine tools and production equipment
$18–$25/hour based on experience
