A strong people manager capable of supporting, coaching, growing, and inspiring various product focused team members to ensure a focus on ownership and execution. A passionate and creative product leader delivering an exceptional customer experience to serve the business goals. An individual that actively reaches across the business to gather actionable data, unites groups under company goals, refines product vision and fundamentally evolves the products to improve audience retention and growth.This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.What You’ll DoServe as a “player/coach” – leading the team by example through hands-on contribution and strategic direction. You will be actively involved in executing key initiatives while mentoring and guiding your team toward shared objectives.Oversee and be accountable for the success and impact of the portfolio of our Food and Prep product lines and their alignment with the longer-term vision/strategic roadmapDefine and drive the product vision and strategy for the Marmon Food Service Technologies Food and Prep portfolio and products within it.Participate in the formation of product strategies and roadmaps driving audience growth and retentionRecruit, grow and maintain a strong and effective team of product managers who are responsible for the product roadmap and execution against the roadmapLeverage data to prioritize and drive decision making across the portfolioRegularly present data and action-based analysis and reports to stakeholders to inform internal and competitive strategyDirect structured experiments and support them with tracking, analysis, and creative problem solvingAbility to build strong cross-team relationships and ensure that our processes are working and adapting to the business needs, seek outgrowth opportunities and execute theseDevelop and manage roadmaps for product offerings, integrating the product strategy, inclusive of timelines, risks, and dependenciesWho You AreInspiring Leader: Must be able to inspire and motivate teamsCollaboration: A collaborative work style and ability to positively influence outcomesCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are requiredEnergy: A high level of energy and passion requiredSkills/Experience We’re Looking ForSolid financial acumen, business modeling, and analysis skills requiredStrong technical background with hands-on experience in system architecture or engineering, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed decision-making throughout the product life cycle.
