Remote Geriatrics MD: Lead Telehealth Care for Seniors

Hera is building clinical infrastructure for exceptional geriatric care. As a Clinical MD, you will conduct telehealth assessments that serve as the clinical gateway for families newly enrolled with Hera. Each 45-60 minute visit confirms Medicare eligibility, synthesizes medical and social history, and flags priorities for care managers to address.
