Associate Territory Manager

Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage the expense budget responsibly Build a territory from scratch without inheriting a book of business Develop relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff Drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems Requirements 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement Bachelor's degree Valid driver's license Ability to travel daily within the territory Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development, such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar (strongly preferred) Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles Strong verbal communication and professional presence to earn credibility with physicians Coachable, competitive, and accountable Willingness to perform in a metrics-driven sales environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales with a focus on building relationships with healthcare professionals, driving prescription volume, and achieving sales targets.
