Diet Technician We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Diet Technician to join our dynamic team at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing! As a Diet Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional care and well‑being of our residents. Job Summary Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Syracuse, New York, committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a focus on each resident as a whole person. As a Diet Technician, you will be responsible for the assessment and planning of nutritional care for our residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will also ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided to all residents.
