Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Senior Sap Basis Hana Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)- Local Only
Job Type: Full-Time Only (NO C2C)
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Sap Basis administration.
- At least 5 years of experience with Sap Hana administration.
- Proven track record of leading Sap projects and managing Sap landscapes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Sap Basis and Hana administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Sap Netweaver, Fiori, Solution Manager, and other Sap tools.
- Strong knowledge of database management, particularly Hana.
- Understanding of Sap modules such as Fi/Co, Mm, Sd, and Hr.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Aws, Azure, or Gcp for Sap deployments.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
Certifications:
- Sap Basis and Hana certifications are highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (Pmp) or similar certification is a plus.
