At the Delray Beach Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, our vision is simple: to make each visit the best hour of our client's month. Our Spa Associates play a crucial role in achieving this goal. As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating 5-star experiences for every client.
As the Spa Sales Lead , it is a dynamic front-line leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence and cultivating a high-performing, motivated front desk team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Spa Sales Associate with added focus on driving sales results , coaching team performance , and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets, all while ensuring that each service is memorable and exceptional.

Our Spa Associates: 

• Meet membership sales goals. 
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections. 
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients 
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards 
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents 
• Perform various other duties as assigned 

  Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Spa Associate or comparable sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay with monthly bonus opportunities based on individual and team sales performance.
