Job Summary for Assembly Technician I: We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to support the assembly, testing, and inspection of customized mechanical and electronic systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities for Assembly Technician I:

• Assemble and test mechanical and electronic components according to specifications
• Read and interpret work instructions, bills of materials, and assembly drawings
• Perform quality checks and verify components prior to assembly
• Troubleshoot production issues to maintain workflow and efficiency
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to support production goals

Minimum Qualifications for Assembly Technician I:

• 12+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
