Salary: $110,000/year + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do:
Conduct functional assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor data, adjust programming, and communicate progress with families
Deliver services in-clinic, in-home, and/or via telehealth
Collaborate with schools, physicians, and other providers
Maintain BACB ethics compliance and Michigan licensure standards

Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
Michigan state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (required)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience working with children/adolescents with ASD
Strong family communication and team collaboration skills
