Duly Health and Care in Bloomingdale is seeking an OB/GYN who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• 2 clinic locations in Bloomingdale and Batavia. Possibility exists of clinics in Wheaton or Naperville in the future.

• 1:8 Call Schedule

• Deliveries at Central DuPage Hospital

• Access to outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures

• Level III NICU, in house anesthesia

• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across obstetrics and gynecology and more than 1,000 Duly providers

• Competitive total rewards salary between $350,000 - $500,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000 - $500,000.
