Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for students to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, educators, and support staff to collaboratively establish and review achievable therapeutic goals, ensuring progress is being monitored over time.

• Document all client interactions in an accurate and confidential manner, adhering to state regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision, to stay abreast of new therapeutic techniques and legislative changes impacting social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, their families, and educators, taking a holistic approach to mental health care. You will be tasked with addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
