Instead, you'll serve as a direct extension of Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's leading health systems, providing longitudinal primary care to an established patient panel. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through an innovative virtual platform.

Position Highlights

• Practice as a direct extension of Atlantic Health
• 100% remote longitudinal primary care
• Established patient panel with continuity of care
• AI-assisted chart preparation and virtual scribe support
• Fully integrated Epic workflow
• Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling options
• 36 clinical hours per week for full-time providers
• Approximately four patients per hour with ramp-up support

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 24 months of outpatient primary care experience
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care
• Comfortable practicing in a virtual care environment
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
