McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for a Heavy Equipment Parts Manager in our Owensboro, KY dealership. The Heavy Equipment Parts Manager plans, directs and coordinates activities of employees in the Parts Department to facilitate customer satisfaction with the quality of parts purchases and timeliness of service/repair work, also manages parts purchasing, pricing and inventory to meet profitability goals of the department/location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority): Supervise, ordering, receiving, stocking, shipping, and delivery of the Parts Department. Directly supervise Parts Dept. employees, analyze customer volume and demand Develop, implement and maintain effective work processes and procedures. Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred: High quality interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Calculating math skills including basic algebra and geometry. Computer skills, knowledge of word processing, inventory, Microsoft Outlook and ordering systems. Paid Time Off-80 Hours in the first year!
