Remote Customer Services Advisor

About the Opportunity We're looking for organized, dependable professionals who enjoy creating well-managed experiences for clients and keeping important details on track. You will support the client journey from initial planning through final confirmation. Your work will involve communication, scheduling, coordination, follow-up, and ensuring that each step is handled accurately and professionally. This is a fully remote position with flexibility built into the role. Prior industry experience is not required, and training is provided. What You'll Be Responsible For Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Communicating with clients regarding preferences, requests, and upcoming details Coordinating schedules, appointments, confirmations, and service arrangements Keeping client records accurate, organized, and current Tracking follow-ups, deadlines, pending items, and changesProviding timely updates throughout the planning process Reviewing details carefully before arrangements are finalized Assisting with special requests and routine adjustments Communicating with service providers when additional information is needed Helping resolve common client concerns professionally and efficiently Ensuring each client receives consistent support from beginning to end What We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you are: Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional and confident in client communication Reliable with strong follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Able to work independently and stay productive remotely Comfortable using email, online systems, and digital tools Adaptable when requests or priorities change Calm and solution-focused when handling client concerns Willing to learn new processes and systems Focused on providing a thoughtful, positive client experience Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, coordination, or other client-facing roles can be helpful, but is not required.
