Call Center Supervisor Training, Coaching & Compliance
MAXIMUS
Maximus in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to oversee call center staff and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing performance, training, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years in a call center.
