Varsity Spirit has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full time Order Entry Approver at our distribution center in Bartlett, TN. The main responsibility of this position is to perform a thorough review of customer sales orders prior to sending to fulfillment to ensure accurate processing and quality deliveries to our customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Shift hours Monday through Friday; 7:30 A.M to 4:30PM

Job Functions:

• Perform order approval audits following a standard set of procedures to ensure orders are sent with accurate information to our manufactures and customers.
• Correspond with Sales and Customer Service Representatives to resolve order questions and make the appropriate, detailed, changes resulting from the interaction.
• Order receipt process and assignment of orders to department checkers.
• Update and maintain department training and procedure documents.
• Cross train within department to be able to perform additional tasks as needed for absences or during peak seasons.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General education degree (GED).
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions.
• Learn complex product details and procedures.
• Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Practice excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Experience with Systems/Applications including OMS (Order Management System), AS400, SAP, and Salesforce.com.
