Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a motivated claims trainee in Michigan to learn the end-to-end claims life cycle under supervision, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution. After in-person training, the role offers flexibility to work from home up to three days per week. You will study policies, develop basic negotiation skills, and build familiarity with loss-adjustment software while pursuing licensure as required.
