Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient physical abilities. Educate patients and caregivers in self‑management and independence skills. Collaborate with peers and coordinate referrals to advance patient care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s degree in a PT related field with a Bachelor’s in PT; or a Bachelor’s in PT with 5+ years of progressively responsible PT experience. Licensing earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence. Compensation Pay range: $54.00–$60.00 per hour. Annual bonus up to $20,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
