Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose various urological conditions, including prostate, bladder, and kidney disorders.
- Perform a range of urological procedures, such as prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and cystoscopies, with a commitment to precision and patient safety.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, considering the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in urology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various urological conditions and performing urological surgeries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to providing patient-centered and evidence-based care.
