Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Cloud Demand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud demand management, capacity planning, and financial alignment, and a proven ability to produce accurate demand forecasts and translate intake into actionable delivery and funding plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence.
• Analyze intake requests and model capacity and utilization impacts, including delivery trade-offs.
• Maintain demand backlogs and integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.
• Partner with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into executable plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade-offs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience collaborating with finance, governance, and platform teams to convert demand into plans.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL Demand Management or Financial Management certification.
• 5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.
• Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.
• Exposure to virtualization or platform capacity modeling.
