Shipper/Fulfillment Associate

Position Title: Shipper/Fulfillment Associate Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Shipper/Fulfillment Associate position available at a company in Hazelwood, MO. This is a 1st shift role with the opportunity for hire. Shipper/Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify order accuracy against work orders, packing slips, and shipping documents. Package printed materials and products according to customer specifications and carrier requirements. Operate shipping software and generate shipping labels for common parcel and freight carriers. Palletize, wrap, and stage shipments for carrier pickup. Assist with kitting, assembly, and fulfillment projects for promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer and company standards. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with production and customer service teams to meet customer deadlines. Support special projects and other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Shipper/Fulfillment Associate Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping documents. Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Preferred Skills: Experience in a printing, packaging, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of shipping processes and warehouse best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
