Sr Marketing Operations Coordinator

Summary The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator supports firm practice leaders, lawyers, C‑suite executives, and marketing team members with all aspects of the firm’s webinars and similar marketing activities focused on showcasing the firm’s thought leadership and brand differentiators. Responsibilities include webinar intake, planning, promotion, and execution. This agile self‑starter must excel at critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment. Location Hybrid work schedule. Can be based in Chicago, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Raleigh. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison for webinar support, acting as the primary point of contact to drive execution from planning calls through post‑event wrap‑up. Prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate client needs, and proactively troubleshoot to ensure accurate, timely services. Coordinate cross‑functional tasks such as logo placement, branded content creation, and presence during webinars. Utilize company resources to complete tasks and maintain workflow efficiency. Compile presentations, key metrics, and reports for leadership. Track workflow using ServiceNow; manage CRM with InterAction and MS Dynamics; and operate the Zoom webinar platform. Support day‑to‑day requests (bio updates, reports, research) according to SLA turnaround times. Participate in lawyer meetings as requested or appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Working knowledge of webinar operations and marketing, proficiency in Zoom or similar platforms, familiarity with ServiceNow, strong project management, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CoPilot. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum Years of Experience 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or analogous environment. Webinar and project management experience required. Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, including extended computer use, virtual conference calls, and meetings. Work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned. Physical Demands Sedentary work with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds. Requires sitting most of the time; walking and standing are rarely required. Work Environment Hybrid work arrangement comprising remote and in‑office work as coordinated with the hiring manager or supervisor.
