Responsibilities

• Drive sales and office growth by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products and coverage.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional protection through needs-based conversations and follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional service by answering questions, assisting with policy needs, and following through for customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete follow-up, and support daily office operations.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, team goals, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience .

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance industry experience required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Life & Health license preferred; must be obtained prior to hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused, sales-oriented environment .
