Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

Job Description This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. As a Physical Therapist at Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital, you will consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers, and work with both outpatient and acute care patients. Responsibilities Performs comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions and documents findings. Develops individualized treatment plans outlining strategies, purposes, and anticipated outcomes, including exercise regimens for clinic or home use. Applies various modalities to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and improve flexibility, strength, and endurance. Determines patients’ ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness. Maintains regular attendance on site during scheduled business hours or shifts. Schedule & Hours Position is available on a full‑time, part‑time, or PRN basis with flexible shifts. PRN opportunities are available as needed. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized, analytical, and strong work ethic with high professionalism. Team player capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements Carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking. Location Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana Compensation Hourly rate: $42.66 - $65.82 (actual rate depends on experience). A sign‑on bonus of up to $25,000 is available for full‑time positions.
