We’re a global adhesives innovator serving blue‑chip customers, and we’re looking for a mechanically savvy problem-solver to keep our process equipment and facilities running flawlessly.

• Keep assets reliable with a balanced mix of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical issues across motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Jump on downtime events, stabilize operations quickly, and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install components to return equipment to spec.
• Capture precise work histories in our CMMS (MaintainX) and use data to prioritize.
• Lead with safety: follow protocols, model safe behaviors, and execute LOTO every time.
• Collaborate across maintenance and operations to cut unplanned stops and improve reliability.

• Root-cause mindset with strong diagnostic ability.
• Hands-on skill with hand/power tools and precision measurement.
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced plant.
• CMMS proficiency and a detail-driven approach to documentation.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge preferred.

• 3+ years as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

• Extended periods of standing/walking throughout the facility.
• Regular bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and confined-space work.
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. alone; heavier with assistance.
• Frequent reaching and handling of tools and components.
• Work in environments with temperature swings, dust, noise, and typical industrial conditions.

Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus $0.75/hour shift differential.
Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM.
