Key Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience designing and supervising behavior intervention plans in a school or similar environment
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to guide interventions

Responsibilities Include:

• Completing functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and strengths

• Training and supporting school staff in implementing intervention techniques
• Regularly tracking progress, reviewing data, and adjusting plans as needed
• Conducting meetings with educational teams and families to review strategies and results
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with school and professional guidelines
