\n Position Summary/ Department Summary: \n
\n We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.
\n
• Providing clinical support and resources.
\n
• Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
\n
• Working 10-hour shifts with short-call requirements
\n
• 32 & 40 hour positions available
\n

Minimum Qualifications \n
Experience: \n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
\n
• Pediatric experience preferred.
\n

License/Certifications: \n

\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
\n
• Massachusetts nursing license.
  
\n

*Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires & $16,000 for 32 hour per week hires, with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). *\n

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
