Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities Independently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims. Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases. Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.
