HVAC Controls TechnicianLocation: Aiken, SCPosition Summary: We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail, problem solve, and work efficiently under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will under general supervision, maintain a highly analytical and problem solving mindset while working as a team player and must have experience with the following:Must have at least 5 years experienceMust have experience with Low voltage wiring & running conduitMust be okay, and have experience working within hospitals, data centers and large commercial buildings/sitesResponsibilities:The Controls Tech II will pull, install and terminate low voltage cabling.The Controls Tech II will be able to read prints, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications.The Controls Tech II will install control panels and controllers.The Controls Tech II will install and bend 1/2 inch to 1-inch conduit.The Controls Tech II will terminate and install various devices, to include:Pressor sensorsHumidity sensorsRooftop unitsMake up air unitsVariable air volume unitsUnit ventilatorsEnergy recovery ventilation unitsDeferential pressure devicesVariable frequency drivesAir handler unitsThe Controls Tech II will adjust the sensitivity of devices and set addresses of devices.The Controls Tech II will install cable tray, j-hooks, bridal rings.The Controls Tech II will adhere to and participate in all Company, customer and industry quality and safety standards and regulations.
