About Us: ANDAMIRO is a Korean casual dining restaurant specializing in authentic Gukbap (Korean soup & rice) with specialty dishes. We're passionate about bringing quality Korean comfort food to our community in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview: We're seeking energetic and experienced Servers for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to join our team. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warm, friendly service
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes to guests
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
Knowledge of POS system(Toast)

Requirements:

1+ year of experience as a server in a fast-paced, well-rated restaurant
Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service to guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full availability, including weekends and evenings
Enjoy creating a collaborative working environment
Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40lbs if necessary
Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
Stand and walk for shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
