This entry‑level role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while selling our Unlimited Wash Club and retail products. You’ll contribute to a fast, eco‑friendly car wash environment and support a growth‑oriented culture. Responsibilities Engage customers pre‑ and post‑wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and upsell membership and retail items. Perform quality assurance checks and maintain quality standards. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Handle customer escalations calmly and professionally. Operate POS and basic retail equipment. Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Stamina to stand and move throughout the site in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
