Position Summary: (Computer Skill Level 3 - High level of computer literacy)

Supervisors will provide leadership and support to all aspects of VSPC operations, including setup, daily processes, and breakdown. They are present for equipment delivery, ensure proper setup, manage ballot inventory, perform daily ballot balancing, and coordinate with Election Watchers and other VSPC guests.

Job Description:

• Provide support to all election staff within the VSPC
• Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, iPhone, Etc.
• Previous VSPC experience (preferred)

• Leadership qualities
• Oversees all aspects of the VSPC set-up, processes and breakdown
• Required to complete 1 training class and simulation. (Training dates and times will be provided on offer letter)
• Required to be at designated VSPC for equipment delivery
• Receive VSPC equipment & set-up on designated delivery day
• Assists with Election Watchers and any other VSPC guests
• Responsible for ballot inventory and daily balancing
• Fills in for other positions during breaks and lunches
• Able to work 14+ hours Election Day
  Supervisor/Troubleshooter Training: Thursday June 4th, 2026: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  Equipment Delivery Date: June 26th, 2026
  Working Date Range: June 29th, 2026 - July 1st, 2026
  Week of Sims: June 8th - June 12th (This will depend on what site you are assigned to and what day your simulation will be on. All Sims and training will be conducted at the Adams County Government Center.)
