Offer guidance and advice to parents on newborn care. Conduct breastfeeding and lactation counseling. Plan, implement and evaluate nursing measures, including nursing concepts and expert standards. Observe newborn health and perform hearing screening, blood sugar, weight checks. Assist with pediatric examinations. Collaborate closely with professional groups and the delivery room. Offer psychosocial support for patients and counseling for relatives. Qualifications Registered nurse specializing in pediatrics, general nursing, or as a midwife (m/f/d). Experience in postpartum care, gynecology, or pediatric nursing is desirable. Professional nursing skills, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
