We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team!

We need caregivers who:

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are willing to transport residents to appointments
• Can provide care in clients' homes outside our community
• Are dependable, flexible, and compassionate

Colonial Heights Area:
Seeking a caregiver for 5 days/week, approximately 6 hours/day , with potential for additional hours.

PRN Opportunities:
Flexible caregivers needed for emergency/last-minute coverage. Hours are not guaranteed , but availability when needed is important.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our home care aides provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• You will nurture in a home-like setting (the community or the client's home) and assist our seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs. You will also help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Certifications, Licenses, and other special requirements in accordance with state law, must possess current state certification or state specific required training and provide proof of required training.
