Assembly Technician – Clifton Springs, NY

Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Clifton Springs, NY . If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

• Position, fit, and adjust interrelated parts with precision.

• Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Complete coil winding, soldering, first-stage subassemblies, and final detailing as needed.

• Assemble products containing mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Experience with hand tools, soldering, or mechanical assembly is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
